Looks pretty good to me. Maybe it's not the result but the process that has gotten you to hate it as much. I've drawn things that die half way through and just drag on like a dead weight for the rest of the way. This piece doesn't look like it has gotten to that point yet.

I might not be the boss of you, but I understand not being happy with one's own work. I will not try and convince you otherwise, however:
I love the rendering on Dutch's skin. His right arm and hand are amazing.
The background and aliens are gorgeous. Period. Like actual menstruation. Wait...maybe not.
