Waterworld 2

I'd say this is going as well as a sequel to Waterworld. Havent been able to work on it much for the past couple days, but I sat down to it last night to try and get it back on track. I also opened a nice bottle of Shiraz. Here are the results.

1 Glass.

3 Glasses. She's getting closer to the dark god I had in my head when I started this thing, only with a lot more creepy leacherous tentacle action.

Oh, and just to let you know, I'll be renaming the blog 'Drink and Draw Anti-Social Club'.

Just dug a sketch I did a couple of months back out of the pile. It was supposed to be my entry into this years Dominance War Contest, but I just never got around to finishing it. I still like the concept, so I figure I'll see the ol' girl on home. Then just a kiss at the door.

Aardehn

Just a little fanart for a friends new online comic, called Aardehn by Eric Vedder. It pretty much just got rolling this month, so you can get yourselves in on the ground floor right now on this epic tale.

Who the hell...?

Just a couple images to get this thing back on track. The first is a T-Shirt design I did for the Calgary United Way. They wanted a Sherlock Holmes themed shirt. So I did that. I drew what they wanted.

UPDATE: And heres how it turned out. Pretty cool, if I do say so myself.

The next is a monster I drew tonight. I was gonna just be the sarcastic clown I am and name him 'Carl', but that mood has passed. It is now an Plumed Tikk-Bekk...named Carl.

What I Been Up To (Pt.2)

Another good friend, and wife to one of my best, asked me to do up a couple logos for this really cool line of 'All things Baby' she's trying to launch. It's called LANES BABY BOUTIQUE, and this is where it lives http://www.lanesbabyboutique.com/. Mostly what she does are these really colorful, one-of-a-kind quilts and blankets. These are a few of the sketches I did and a couple finished(more or less) 'logos'. A little too busy for my tastes in logos, but I can only play with the clubs I was given.

What I Been Up To (Pt.1)

Just got back from a really great trip home to Halifax this last week. The occasion was a couple of my friends, Alex and Heather just got hitched, so I flew back for the stag party the weekend before, and just hung out all week until the wedding the following Saturday. Great time. Halifax? It's on the east coast. North East of Maine. Never been, huh? I suggest going. Trust me. Except don't go between the months of Febuary-April. Trust me.

Anyways, here's the design I did for Alex's bachelor party t-shirt, and the cover I did for Heather for the sweet mix-CD they made up for everyone who attended the wedding.
